At Bauma 2010 Genie launched two new vertical lift products: The GR-20J and GR-26J. These machines with vertical mast and jib will be added to the Runabout family.
These new models will complete the GR range of products and meet the demands of customers in several industrial applications.
The GR-20J and the GR-26J respectively offer an "up-and-over" maximum clearance of 4.25 and 6.70 m, a maximum working height of 7.70 m and 9.90 m and a 3.25 m and 3.15 m maximum horizontal reach.
With an outstanding 140° jib range of motion and a narrow footprint (0,99 m wide), the new GR-20J and GR-26J are ideal for locations where more outreach in confined spaces is required.
The hydraulic turntable rotation gives both models excellent precise positioning, and that with a lift capacity of 200 kg within the boom's entire range of motion.
With respective low unit weights of 2,250 kg and 2,650 kg, the GR-20J and GR-26J are easy to transport and have low ground pressure.
The Genie Runabouts' with jib lifts will be first available starting August 2010.
